Our hydraulic are meant for quarter turn applications, working pressure 135BAR. We have both Rack and Pinion designs as well as Piston designs.

Emergency Shut Down Valve System (ESDV)
MOWE Emergency Shut Down Valve System (ESDV) is a highly reliable control system specially designed for industries like Oil & Gas, Marine, Power Plant or other Industrial Environments with explosion risks (Ex.) that requires quick response valves. ESDV control process involves opening or closing of control valves is usually done automatically by electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic actuators. Positioners are used to control the opening or closing of the actuator based on electric, or pneumatic signals.
These control signals, traditionally based on 3-15psi (0.2-1.0bar), more common now are 4-20mA signals for industry, 0-10V for HVAC systems, and the introduction of "Smart" systems, HART, Fieldbus Foundation, and Profibus being the more common protocols.
Some of the control valve available are Reverse Double-Ported Globe-Style Valve Body, Butterfly valve or Ball Valve. Three-Way Valve with Balanced Valve Plug, Flanged Angle-style control valve body and Valve Body with Cage-Style Trim, Balanced Valve Plug and Soft Seat.

MOWE Quick Closing Valves (QCV) , being a subset of Emergency shut down valves, perform similar functions of Quick to Close actions. These valves are straight forward and simple to apply. They are used in fire-fighting lines, fuel oil lines, diesel lines and various other functions that demand quick to act responses. They come in remote levers or can be activated with Pneumatic or hydraulic lines. This is particularly useful in times of fire, flood, gas leak or chemical leak. They come in various approvals, standards and materials. Petrochemical plants, power plants, hydro plants, marine vessels and industrial applications. MOWE team have also supplied and participated in many industrial projects ranging from Breweries, Power Plants, Paper Pulp as well as water works. |
