Repair & Replacement

Reassembly

Hydraulic Actuators
Hydraulic Actuation for Valve Operation
Dennis Nakakita hydraulic equipment is designed to supply motive fluid for operation of hydraulic cylinders connected to valves.
The hydraulic remote control arrangement consists of a Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) and Solenoid Racks for hydraulic or pneumatic actuation.
Dennis Nakakita hydraulic equipment normally works under pressure ratings from 60 to 80 bar and can be suitable for working pressure ratings from 40 to 200 bar according to customer requirements and specifications.

Emergency Manual Operation
Emergency Hand Control & Hand Pumps
Emergency hand control for hydraulic and pneumatic actuators enables manual operation of the valve in the event of an actuator anomaly or loss of motive fluid.
Fixed hydraulic hand pumps can be installed with critical valves, while portable hydraulic hand pumps can provide manual override at the solenoid valve cabinet or valve location.
